Where do you ship to?
Oblisk Exotics currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly shown during checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it:

Oblisk Exotics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’re happy to assist where possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Orders returned because of address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent

Can my order be refused or returned due to local laws?
Customers are responsible for understanding local and state laws regarding hemp-derived products.
Oblisk Exotics is not liable for orders that are refused, returned, seized, or destroyed due to local regulations.
